PRICES:
All prices are net per person quoted in us. Dollars. Trips are budgeted for a full or nearly full signup, to enable us to offer trips at the lowest possible cost. While we try our utmost not to increase our prices, sometimes it is outside of our control; airline prices increase, currencies change and local inflation rates do sometimes go out of control.THEREFORE WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE CONFIRM THE TOTAL PRICE WITH US BEFORE YOU BOOK.

AIR FARES:
INTERNATIONAL airline charges are not included in our prices. DOMESTIC airline tickets are include where mentioned.

BUDGET AIRFARES (specially domestic tickets) These tickets are usually non-refundable, non transferable and valid only for stated dates, we will not be responsible for postponement or delay caused by delayed flights or schedule changes at any point of the trip. PERU PARADISE TRAVEL is not responsible for the payment of penalities or the purchase of a new ticket for any reason whatsover.

AIRLINE CLAUSE:
The airline concerned with the travel on these trips and their agents, are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passenger are not on board the aircraft. The passengers ticket in use by the airlines when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the passenger and/or purchaser of these tickets, participating carriers: any IATA or ARC carrier.

Money paid to PERU PARADISE TRAVEL for air tickets is money paid in trust for the airlines and PERU PARADISE TRAVEL can assume no responsibility for fluctuations in price or schedule, and in the event of a default, clients must look to the defaulting airlines for refunds.

BAGGAGE:
we recommend that you limit your checked luggage to 2 pieces totaling no more than 25 kg. PERU PARADISE TRAVEL cannot assume any responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or personal property or any charge for excess baggage.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR COSTS:
International airfare, visa and passport charges, airport departure taxes, immunizations, insurance of any kind, medical costs, costs of hospitalization or evacuation from remote areas, alcoholic beverages, laundry, excess baggage charges or other items of a personal nature, additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness, failure of transportation or other causes beyond our reasonable control, tips to camp or boat crews.

CANCELLATIONS:
For fits, cancellations must be done 15 days before arrival. For groups, 30 days before the arrival; from that we charge 50% of total amount.

Rates are based on group participation and it is understood and agreed that THERE WILL BE NO PARTIAL REFUNDS GIVEN for unused hotel rooms, trekking arrangements, sightseeing, etc. for any reason whatsoever. If air tickets were purchased through our office, whatever refund is allowable under the airline's regulations will be made.

For our tours where airfare is part of the package, cancellation fees apply to the entire tour cost of land and air combined. We highly recommend that all clients purchase cancellation insurance.

INSURANCE:
Personal travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants. However we recommend that all participants obtain a short-term Treveler's insurance policy covering baggage, accident/life and trip cancellation. Advisable in your country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
PERU PARADISE TRAVEL: function as intermediary between passengers and airlines, transport companies, hotel and other organization related whit the execution of the tour; declining any responsibility for accidents, injury, robbery, loss luggage or personal belongings, as well as delays, misfortunes or other irregularities out of its control.

Beyond these, our personnel will help everyone of our passengers to resolve these problems.

PERU PARADISE TRAVEL AGENCY: Reserves the right to modify any tour or package, if necessary for the best fulfillment of the services. The right is reserved to refuse, accept or with hold any person as member of the tour.
